HA HA I AM THE SEWING MASTERRR
Okay not really, but I am pleased with how my work has paid off. Yes, it was waaay too much work to have been at all time efficient (I’ve been working for probably over four hours), changing the bodice from picture left to the one in picture right. Up next: sew the buttons on again (since they’re loose and dangly), and decide whether or not I want to do anything with the collar. The collar looks better when someone’s actually wearing it than it does without, but it could still be better.
Blaaaaah anyway, I’m delighted with how it’s turned out. :>
So my friends and I all made a run on 6th street, whcih was packed full of Halloween goers this weekend. I was rolling with an Ezio, and we found another Ezio while out in the crowds. (We also let took a picture of our Ezio with some ‘prostitutes’. We couldn’t leave the area without one.)
I have a couple of pictures of the final product of my Sophie cosplaying dress, but I’m not pleased with how the pictures came out. I also think I might get a model that’s not me, when I finally actually take pictures of it. With Lucy I can bluff out of not looking skinny and anime-character-y, but I apparently can’t do that with Sophie. Oh well.
